Orrick advised deep learning startup Nervana Systems in its acquisition by semiconductor giant Intel. We have represented Nervana Systems from inception through exit.
Of the acquisition, Nervana Systems CEO and Co-founder Naveen Rao has stated on the company’s website, “Nervana’s AI expertise combined with Intel’s capabilities and huge market reach will allow us to realize our vision and create something truly special.”
