Deutsch: Orrick berät Xometry bei dem Erwerb von Shift
Orrick has advised U.S.-based Xometry, the largest marketplace for On-Demand manufacturing, on the acquisition of Munich-based Shift, the largest On-Demand manufacturing marketplace in Europe.
Through the acquisition, Xometry will accelerate its international expansion into 12 new countries, leveraging a worldwide network of over 4,000 manufacturers.
Xometry was advised by a team led by Munich based M&A and private equity partner Dr. Thomas Schmid, who regularly advises investors and startups on technology transactions.
