Partners Group and Generali AM - Direct Private Debt France provided unitranche financing to Santiane Group, a major player in the insurance brokerage sector, controlled by Latour Capital.

THE IMPACT
The unitranche financing will refinance part of Santiane Group's existing debt, including the bond issue arranged by Tikehau IM and LGT Private Debt during Latour Capital's acquisition. This transaction is designed to provide Santiane Group with greater financial flexibility, enabling it to pursue its growth ambitions and strengthen its market presence.
