Weights & Biases to be Acquired by CoreWeave

Weights & Biases, a leading AI developer platform, recently announced that it has reached an agreement to be acquired by CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™.
The acquisition combines CoreWeave's infrastructure and managed cloud services with the Weights & Biases AI developer platform for AI model training and AI application evaluation and monitoring.
