Deutsch: Orrick berät Goodwater Capital bei Investment in TIER Mobility
Orrick advised Goodwater Capital on their investment in the $60 million Series B financing of TIER Mobility GmbH. The round was led by Mubadala Capital and Goodwater Capital.
The Series B financing round included new investors AXA Germany and Evli Growth Partners as well as all existing investors, including White Star Capital, Northzone, Speedinvest, Point9, Indico, Kibo Ventures, Market One Capital and selected business angels like Nico Rosberg.
TIER Mobility is a leading European provider of micro-mobility solutions and wants to use the proceeds of the round to accelerate its European expansion strategy and continue to build the leading micro-mobility platform for citizens, city authorities and public transportation partners.
