For over 25 years, I’ve been coaching founders and investors in reaching their potential, from formation through a wide array of complicated partnerships, financings (equity and debt) and M&A transactions. As I’ve coached inner-city wrestlers up to the top of Half-Dome many times and other youth sports for over 25 years, I’ve also counseled many clients through complicated cross-border transactions involving transactions with investors or businesses in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Unites States. While I love working with entrepreneurs focused on education services and technology, my clients span industries from AI, semiconductors, robotics, (SAAS) software, ecommerce, life science (biotech), media, food, retail and even government.
